Running Boot Camp 03-27-2017
We had a great group of people during Sunday’s boot camp. Everyone worked hard and put in a lot of effort until the end.
We worked on intervals, core, legs, and a little upper body. We focused on raising the heart rate and short rest periods to improve recovery.
- Forearm plank 60 seconds
Mountain climbers 30 seconds2. Right side plank 60 seconds

6a. Sumo squats 3×15
6b. Jump squats 3×10 - Jump lunges 3×108. Inch worms 3×10
- Arm lifts 3×10
- Alt lifts
- Plank to push up
- Push-ups 3×12
Try to repeat this workout twice and make sure that you get one day of rest between workouts.
