- Chia Seeds: 1 tablespoon
Directions
- Add all the ingredients in a mixer and blend for a few seconds, until the mixture becomes smooth
- Pour the smoothie in a glass and top with more chia seeds, if desired
Note: If you feel the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water in it.

Directions
- Add all the ingredients in a mixer and blend for a few seconds on high speed
- Pour the smoothie in a bottle, add ice, and shake well for a chilled drink

Ingredients
- Coconut Water: ½ cup
- Greek Yogurt: ½ cup
- Strawberries: ½ cup
- Blueberries: ½ cup
- Raspberries: ½ cup
- Chia Seeds: ¼ cup
- Spinach: 1 cup
- Banana: ½
Directions
- In an ice tray, pour coconut water and freeze
- Add all the other ingredients in a mixer and blend for a few seconds
- Add a coconut water ice cubes and blend for a few seconds more until the ice crushed
Note: If you feel the smoothie is too thick, pour it in a shaker, add more coconut water ice cubes and shake well before drinking.
