I have been working with David Nickum for about 5 years now... maybe more. Currently we are doing our sessions through Zoom due to the pandemic. I have been very happy with his services. He has great advise. He is a voracious reader and constantly updates his fitness information. He has also been very flexible in scheduling. He comes up with good exercises when I’ve injured myself as well. All around this has been a great service.

I was looking to really push my 5k/10k pacing and was plateauing on weight loss - the quarantine fifteen was real and I needed a better plan. As a 6’ man, the biggest I allowed myself to get during quarantine was 218lbs. Normally, I’m around 195-200lbs and that’s with most of my activity coming from walking a TON at work (I lost my job to COVID-19). After a month or so of training on my own, I was struggling to run more than 3 miles and was not sure what to do (I am also new to running as a sport). Dave was able to give me solid advice which allowed me to choose the best approach for my abilities and personal expectations. Now, I’m more in control of losing weight and much more comfortable pushing myself based on the running plan that I’m utilizing. I’ve also added a full body mixture of strength training sessions 4 times a week which has really helped. I’ve known Dave for the over 20 years and I trust his insights. Not only is he knowledgeable, he cares and that is what really makes him stand out. On the Go Fitness Pro is absolutely worth your time and money!

I have worked in person with The owner David Nickum and he created an incredible program tailored for my size and weight. I am a musician and have tendonitis. David and his company created a plan that allows me to tone, without straining my wrists too much. Now in quarantine, they have sent me remote fitness plans and we zoom for sessions that work out great. Highly, highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

They come to you! It's so convenient. This is one of the best things my husband and I have ever done. If you've ever come home from work and decided you're not going to workout because you're too tired, then this is your perfect exercise program. The expert training cannot be beat. We loved working out with Peter. It's not a cheap gym membership - you get what you pay for.

I could not recommend On the Go Fitness more highly. I knew I needed to do something to change my life and lifestyle. I was overweight, stressed and never found any time to go to a gym or workout due to my schedule. I was not healthy. I also needed the motivation that comes with a personal trainer. I started working with an On The Go Fitness Pro about 6 months ago and it has made a huge difference in my life. I’ve lost 25 pounds to date and reaching all the goals that I set for myself with the help of my trainer. I am rebuilding muscle (used to be very into weight lifting) and haven’t felt this good in a long time. I travel a lot for work and so it’s easy to lose site for living a healthy lifestyle. My trainer helped me with a plan to lose weight, regain physical strength, eat right and smart and above all, have the confidence and motivation to tackle and achieve what I thought was an insurmountable goal. My trainer listens to me, pushes when I need it, counsels on diet as well as finding ways to reduce the stress in my life – really motivates me in many ways. I have confidence in how I look, I sleep so much better, I am eating healthy and right and I look so much better. So many people have said how much younger I look. My schedule is crazy – my trainer and I developed a standard schedule that really works well for me and I don’t have to leave home. I have a partner in the trainer that brings expertise, a passion for what he does, the motivation I need and the reliability I know I can count on. The results I have achieved would not have occurred without my trainer.
