How is gym training different from in-home personal training?

There’s no sweaty gym equipment in sight, and you don’t have to wait for your turn on the elliptical. Another added convenience is that there are no distractions. You can play your music in the background and work with a trainer using a customized workout plan.
What does the in-home personal training program include?
Our personal training program offers a fitness package with one to three weekly sessions. We make getting in shape easier by bringing the workout to you. On busy days, you can opt for a virtual session. We aim to accommodate you in any way you feel comfortable. The program includes the following:

Do I need a personal trainer?

Do I need to buy equipment for the sessions?
If you tend to avoid anything fitness and health-related because you don’t have any equipment, let us assure you our trainers will not demand anything from you. Your weight in itself is enough for training. The right movements can help you hit all your targets. Our fitness trainer will bring some essentials with them, such as exercise balls, dumbbells, and bands, to help you get started. Then, it’s up to you to buy them for your future workouts.
How long will the training session last?
A home workout for beginners is based on their body’s unique needs. Your fitness level and motivation will help our trainer decide how many sessions you should book with us. Usually, we recommend three sessions weekly, lasting around 50 minutes. In between, it’s important to do light exercises to keep up with the routine. Don’t forget to do stretches to loosen up your body.
Can my partner join the training session?
Partner personal training sessions cost $10 extra per session. Your trainer will allow a partner to join to try a free session if they wish, but that will be the same as the free initial session.
Do you offer nutritional coaching?
Our personal trainer will give you guidance, advice, and support with your workouts. However, for Nutritional Coaching, we have a completely different package. It educates you on the Standard American Diet and explains why a nutrition-based eating approach is better.
Under this package, we won’t deliver a structured diet chart but offer sensible advice on how to tailor a diet that suits your needs and lifestyle. Our approach allows clients to enjoy their favorite food without adopting a FAD diet. Once in a while, you can even have a piece of chocolate. We promise it won’t mess up your workout!
How much does an in-person training session cost?
We offer three price packages: Basic, Pro, and Premium.
- The Basic package costs $95/session and offers 12 sessions.
- The Pro package costs $85/session and offers 24 sessions.
- The Premium package costs $75/session and offers 36 sessions.
Do you offer a payment plan?
We offer a 3-month plan which has payments made every four weeks. Our plans are set up to match the number of sessions you do per week, but you can get a bigger package with a smaller session frequency if you wish.
