Due to nationwide concerns involving COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, we want to reach out and let you know that On the Go Fitness Pro has a comprehensive plan in place to protect our customers and our employees.
While working out with a trainer in your home has less of contact with other people, there still is some risk. However, we are taking precautions to help keep the customer and the trainer safe. We must work together to keep your fitness goals on track and to keep the customer and the trainer healthy.
We are asking customers to provide a place for trainers to wash hands before and after sessions if possible. Trainers are encouraged to monitor their temperature regularly, and to inform the team if they need to take a sick day.
If you feel that you’d like to pause your training or do training via skype we can provide this if needed at no extra cost.
We are waving the 24-cancellation policy if the customer is feeling any cold or flu like symptoms or if you have been exposed to another person who tested positive for COVID-19.
