Running Boot Camp
On the Go Fitness Pro offers a free boot camp for all fitness levels every Sunday and the best part is that it doesn’t cost you a thing.
We partnered with our friends at Pacers running in Fairfax city to bring you a class that will help you get and shape and stay healthy while doing a running program.
You don’t have to be a runner to join just show up for a great workout.
We bring our personal training skills to the class and make sure that you have a great workout without using any equipment.
Our boot camp focuses on all the primary muscle groups and will adjust the intensity level to fit your needs. We make sure that you feel comfortable before progressing you forward in the class.
Our primary focus is to help you build a strong body so that you’re able to do other activities like running, biking or hiking injury free. We build our program to be simple and effective so that you can repeat the moves on your own.
The boot camp is located at the Pacers running store in old town Fairfax and there is plenty of parking in the garage next to the store. The address for the store is 10420 North St, Fairfax, VA 22030.
We hold the boot camp every Sunday morning at 10:00 am after the Pacers long run.
Make sure to bring your own mat but if you forget we will have a few that we can let you borrow.
Pacers Fairfax offers a great running program before the boot camp every Sunday morning at 8:00am.
