Cava has a lot of healthy choices for you to pick from with plenty of greens and a wide variety of protein. The drinks they offer are low calorie and taste good. The best part about Cava is that you can build a custom lunch that from a range of healthy choices. Most of the food is very filling and isn’t high in calories. Just try not to be tempted by the cookies when you’re checking out.

Just like Cava Zoe’s kitchen is causal Mediterranean restaurant with lots of healthy choices low in fat which means it’s lower calorie. Zoe’s offers a wide range of healthy meals that are fun for whole family.
Many of the menu items are low calorie and aren’t full of processed foods. Our personal favorite is the power grain bowl.
